GSI Dangerous Activity Waiver

• Responsibilities:
  • Greet members and guest as they enter the fitness center
  • Assist members with using our computerized system
  • Answer phone calls and emails and direct them to the proper employee
  • Assist with membership sales and renewals
  • Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entry area
  • Maintain a clean and organized fitness area and check cleanliness of rest rooms, café, gym and other areas of the facility
  • Assist with scheduling appointments for fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other services
  • Monitor and enforce facility policies and procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
  • Willingness to learn and work as a team player
• Qualifications:
  • Previous customer service experience preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a face-paced environment
  • Knowledge of basic computer skills
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
  • Energetic, professional personality
  • High School diploma preferred
