A Soothing Journey to Hip Freedom
How It Works
Unlocking Hip Freedom is a 90-minute guided experience designed to help your hips let go of years of built-up tension.
Our experienced instructor, Sugandha, will guide you through:
- Hip Anatomy 101: Explore the beauty of the hip joint and its deep connection to your entire body. You’ll learn how these often-overlooked muscles affect your movement, posture, and overall well-being
- Release Tightness: Flow through gentle poses specifically designed to release tension and improve hip mobility
- Strengthen & Stabilize: Build strength and mobility in your hips to prevent injures, future pain and support your sports practices
- Mind-Body Connection: Your hips can hold emotional energy, too. We’ll explore how releasing physical tension can also help free up emotional blockages, creating a sense of lightness and peace
- Mindful Breathwork: Learn to use your breath to gently open up your hips, calm your mind, and release the stress of the day.
Led by our amazing instructor Sugandha, this workshop is tailored for all levels, so you’ll get exactly what your body needs, no matter where you’re starting.

Born into a spiritual family in North India, Sugandha Singhal grew up immersed in the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda and Yoga.
Her early exposure to Vedic science ignited a passion that led her on a lifelong journey of healing, guided by Himalayan masters.
For over a decade, Sugandha has been helping people unlock their body’s natural ability to heal through the gentle yet powerful practices of Yoga, Ayurveda, and Meditation.
She believes that true balance and well-being are already within you—waiting to be awakened.
