Front Desk Employee 4
- Responsibilities:
- Greet members and guest as they enter the fitness center
- Assist members with using our computerized system
- Answer phone calls and emails and direct them to the proper employee
- Assist with membership sales and renewals
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk and entry area
- Maintain a clean and organized fitness area and check cleanliness of rest rooms, café, gym and other areas of the facility
- Assist with scheduling appointments for fitness classes, personal training sessions, and other services
- Monitor and enforce facility policies and procedures
- Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed
- Willingness to learn and work as a team player
- Qualifications:
- Previous customer service experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a face-paced environment
- Knowledge of basic computer skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Energetic, professional personality
- High School diploma preferred
